MISSION

Folklore Publishing’s mission is to provide accessible, high-quality, affordable books about Canadian history as well as valuable reference titles and entertaining books for a general audience. Folklore strives to:

  • Draw on archival and contemporary photos to invite the reader into the lives of people from the past and the present,

ABOUT THE PUBLISHER

Faye Boer opened Folklore publishing in 2001 with the intention to publish books about Canadian history that citizens of our country would enjoy learning more about Canadian history and the people at the heart of our country. Faye has a passion for helping authors express their ideas and for making books interesting and accessible to a wide range of readers.
